Please consider including the following information to your initial request: the app you're using (name and version number), the type of your device (iPad, iPhone, iPod touch), version number of iOS you're using. This will save your time by eliminating bouncing replies from us like "Which type of device are you using?" and such. Please state the actual version number instead of saying "I have the latest version". Version numbers to our products can usually be found on help or settings screens.
